Phone & Handwritten Orders - Factory will not be responsible for errors from oral or handwritten orders. We will not be responsible for errors if the copy submitted is not correct, clear and distinct, or if you approve paper proofs that have been submitted.

Exact Repeat Orders do not incur a set-up or re-use charge for your custom logo master.
Cancellations or changes made by customers result in charges for all work completed at time of cancellation or change. Customer will be charged for all expenses incurred prior to changes.
Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise from KnivesAndFlashlights.com. No returns will be made without factory approval. KnivesAndFlashlights.com is not responsible for our inability to fill orders due to strikes, act of nature, shortages of materials, or other circumstances beyond our control.
